Great hotel with brand-new facilities and very, very nice employees who want relaxation. Location close enough to other great beaches. A good choice of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.

the entrance foyer was very very poor, full of leaves, needing great attention and the stairs to the first floor was quite dirty and quite neglected. once inside everything was clean....

The room we had booked had the bed-room without any window, air condition & ventilation (cabin) & we were not informed about it. We have to pay extra to change it.

I had a wonderful stay here with excellent staff, stunning views of the trees and partly the marina, and everything was brand-new in the modern rooms equipped with a microwave, air conditioner, and a sofa bed.

It's very close to the beach and to the marina. Our room was really nice with a balcony over the parking place (which wasn't a problem at all). Everything was fresh and tastefully renovated recently. It was calm and no noise. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. We loved Cap D'Agde and we really liked the hotel. We'd definitely stay there if we go to Cap D'agde again!

The only negative thing about the room would be that our double bed was in a small room so that you'd have to clime over the other one to get out. But we didn't feel that was a problem for us. And I think that the hotel is undergoing renovation and they haven't finished up the stairs and entrance yet so it looked like a really bad hotel. But when you get past that everything looks like it's newly renovated and looks really good. So, I guess by the summer next year that will be fixed.

We arrived late but did not get a phone call, as our home phone was called. Would have been ok, but the signs telling us what to do were not clear. These instructions should have been very clear. The hotel number didn't answer, guess it was in the closed reception. Someone should have answered the phone. The Oz hotel didn't answer. No address was listed. So we had to locate the Oz. people at Accueil had no idea what we were talking about, but after our persistence they did give us two walk-in passes to the Oz. fortunately, the front desk clerk was familiar with the late check-in procedures and gave us our room numbers and code for the safe. The room itself was good, although a smaller bed would make the bedroom more comfortable.

Convenient location near beach & marina. Clean, secure & quiet. Comfortable bed, good shower. Well-equipped kitchenette.

2 big rooms with a big double bed size sofa in one of the rooms and a big bed in the second room, big TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwashing machine, tableware.

We booked the room with the pool view, but they gave us the room with the road view.

Very smart apartment nice pool although could do with a few more sunbeds could walk to the beach and harbour lots to do and good restaurants only a walk away. Good of history only a short drive away to find the real france.

Although it was near the night life it was very quiet in the apartment.

This place is absolutely incredible! The cleanliness of the apartment exceeded all expectations and the convenient location near the beach was mind-blowing. The bed was super comfortable and the fact that there was an elevator made everything even better. The security measures in place made us feel safe and the quiet surroundings provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

tv did not work, dishwasher did not work, toilet did not flush properly, the pictures on Booked.net are not the real situation, a lot of work needs to be done to the building, briks / mortar / broken glass / dust everywhere....
